Compromise Assessment
A compromise assessment is a point-in-time check of whether a network is already compromised — answering "is something happening right now?" rather than "could it?"
Where a pentest asks what an attacker could do, a compromise assessment asks whether one is already inside. It examines actual activity for signs of intrusion — useful after an incident, on a suspicion, or as a periodic reality check.
AEGYS Pulse can be deployed as a point-in-time reality check.
